Do you have a time limit on tables at Pillar Café?

No. Reserved seats during weekday work hours (7am–6pm) have unlimited table time. Walk-ins are welcome on a first-come basis and follow posted seating etiquette.

Is there an outlet and Wi-Fi at every seat?

Yes. Every one of our 42 indoor seats — and all 18 outdoor patio seats — has a power outlet. Wi-Fi is free gigabit fiber with a published 480 Mbps minimum uptime SLA.

Can I host a small team meeting at Pillar Café?

Yes. Reserve a team table through the Reserve Your Seat page for groups of 2–6, or pull a larger group together on the patio. Founder teams also have access to Tuesday Founder Office Hour.

What coffee do you serve, and do you roast in-house?

We serve an 18-coffee pour-over menu of single-origins, all roasted on-site within the last 14 days on our 1kg drum roaster, plus an espresso bar led by a Q-Grader certified head roaster.

Do you offer a membership for regulars?

Yes. Pillar Members pay $39/month and get specialty drinks at $3.50, free seat reservations, priority access to Founder Office Hour, and first pick of micro-lot releases.

Our eighteen-seat pour-over menu rotates through single-origin lots roasted on-site every Tuesday and Friday. We don't serve anything older than fourteen days. Today's selection is weighed, ground, and poured by hand — a slow ritual that takes about three minutes and is the only thing worth watching when you're stuck on a paragraph.

Stay from seven to six. Stay for the whole afternoon. Reservations have no ninety-minute cutoff on weekdays, and our seats are priced at the day, not the hour. Bring the long project; we'll keep the cup full.
